What is the Total Parks Book Now button?+
It is a Book Now button you can add to any park listing on your website. Visitors pick their dates, see live prices, and pay right there on your page. They never get sent off to another site.
Do we need to connect anything to the parks ourselves?+
No. You just paste one line of code onto your page. Total Parks does all the work of talking to each park’s booking system behind the scenes.
Which park booking systems does it work with?+
It works with NewBook and RMS Cloud, the two booking systems used by most Australian holiday parks and caravan parks.
Does the visitor have to leave our page to book?+
No. The booking opens in a pop-up window on your own page. Visitors choose dates, pay, and get their confirmation without ever leaving your site.
Can we see which bookings came from our website?+
Yes. Because guests book right on your page, we can show you exactly what your site brought in: how many people opened the button, how many started a booking, how many paid, and how much money those bookings were worth.
Is it safe to take payments this way?+
